    Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5pm. When we got in our room at 5:45pm we found there were no towels or bath soap, and no one was available to bring them to us so we had to get them ourselves. The towels and robes are luxurious. The therapy pool is delightful. The setting is beautiful and peaceful (mid week, at least).

    Room was clean. had a wheelchair accessible room which was good but also at the end of building and kind of noisy from people next door and people going up and down stairs. Wish there was an elevator. Pool room was great and very clean.

    room was better than expected. clean and had a coffee maker and fridge which was nice. room wasn't ready when I arrived a little after 4 but not too long after. staff was friendly. pool was good. really warm and relaxing. not crowded at all. my room was on the 2nd floor and did not have an elevator . just an FYI. overall nice stay. the price was right too!

    The restaurant/bar closed to early but other than that the stay was nice quiet and relaxing
