Some rooms at this Romanesque-Victorian hotel are compact or offer limited views, but all are charming and inviting. Parking is available one block away. The location is handy to shops, businesses, Washington State Ferries and several sports venues, including the Mariners' T-Mobile Park and the Seahawks' Lumen Field. Smoke free premises. 75 units. 4 stories, interior corridors.

The refrigerator was inside the wardrobe, taking up all hanging space when there was plenty of room for it to be against the wall on the side. The breakfast was pre-packaged food with the option of a BW waffle, which is good. Most pre-packaged food was either sugary or salty. Would love yogurt with no sugar. Coffee was too bland for Seattle! Understand that it was convenient and easy to control healthwise; just longed for a good solid breakfast.
We love this hotel! We travel by train and go to Mariners' games. This location is excellent for both. It's also good for enjoying the bars and restaurants of Pioneer Square. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is a nicely restored 1914 hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
Best and most sincere / helpful staff ever. Our stay was extended and they helped us plan each day. Breakfast also excellent. Very comfortable and clean rooms.
The complimentary breakfast is the highlight! Hotel staffs were so friendly and nice that are answering all our questions and needs. They would allow you access the breakfast room to grab some snacks and drinks at night if you need to which is very kind and thoughtful of them!
