Campground Overview
Wildwood Haven Resort and Campground is the perfect northern Wisconsin "Up North" resort for families, site-seers, and outdoor enthusiasts.
Our 60 acre property is nestled in the scenic Penokee Mountain region, located along the northern shoreline of the beautiful, 111 acre, spring fed, Long Lake.
We boarder Ashland County Forest and we conveniently have snowmobile trail #13 run right through the north section of our resort property. This means you have ride-in-ride out access. Not failing to mention the ice fishing, the proximity to ski hills, cross country ski and snow shoe trails and with the mountains being right here, great sledding locations. We are also near the Chequamegon National Forest, Lake Superior, and the Apostle Island National Lakeshore. We are only eight miles away from Copper Falls State Park and we are located in close proximity to over 60 other beautiful waterfalls.
Plan the perfect getaway in our cozy lake view cabins, RV sites or tent sites. Then get ready for hiking, swimming, biking, beach-combing, hunting, fishing, canoeing and more.
Our northern WI resort is well known for its large northern pike, largemouth bass, black crappie and assortment of panfish.
