Speed Limit

• Speed limit is 5 m.p.h

Parking

• All parking must be on designated parking areas such as the graveled RV site pad. In other words no parking on the grass, or side of the road. This includes any boat trailers and guest's vehicles. • If parking your vehicle on your RV site / pad, the vehicle must be within the bounds of the RV site (no protruding vehicles out into the street and pathways). • Each site has a different maximum amount of vehicles per site. Enforcement of quantity of vehicles will be based on the amount of vehicles entered on the reservation.

Trash & Garbage

• The provided community trash receptacle is for house hold garbage items only. In other words, it is not for old furniture, blinds, cushions, old BBQ’s, or boxes. It is meant only for normal household items that must be in a household style garbage bag. • No un-bagged garbage is allowed in the trash receptacle.

Campfire and Fire Pits

• Only the designated and provided fire pit is allowed to be used for fire. • The fire pit is not to be moved. • No large fires, only reasonable and “normal” sized camp fires.

RV and Vehicle Washing

• No washing of vehicles which includes your RV while on site.

ATVs & Golf Carts

• No ATVs are allowed to be used on premises. • Golf carts are allowed but must follow the same rules as other vehicles in terms of parking and speed. • Golf carts are not to be used after dark please.

Quiet Times

Be Respectful and Courteous - • Quiet Time starts at 10pm. • Be respectful of your neighbors, loud or boisterous conduct will not be permitted.

Fireworks

Fireworks are prohibited.

Vehicle and RV Age Restriction

No RV over 25 years old allowed. No vehicles, recreational vehicles, Motorcycles or boats that are not operational and in good repair or appearance are allowed.

Vehicle Repairs

• No vehicle maintenance or repairs are allowed during your stay (not limited to but examples are: changing oil, and replacing engine parts).

Site Decorations

• Reasonable CAMPER THEMED decorations are acceptable, such as garden flags and string lights. • American flag is acceptable and even recommended! • If you have an American flag it must be fixed to your RV and not on surrounding trees or anything else other than your RV.

Pet Restrictions

• No more than 2 pets allowed. Your reservation must indicate the pet(s). • Please pick up after your pet. • House pets only, your pet is not allowed to be unleashed outside of your RV. • No unsupervised leashed animals. In other words, if the pet is on a leash and you are not at your site, that is a violation. • Pets are not allowed be on other’s sites and are to remain on your site. When walking your pet please be respectful and keep them off other sites. • No excessive pet dog barking.

Check In / Out Times

• Check out time is 2pm • Check in time is 3pm or anytime after.

Cutting of Trees and Tree Limbs

• No cutting of any tree limbs or trees. • This will be strictly enforced. • There will be fines and loss of stay without refund for any cutting of trees and tree limbs. • Firewood will be for sale.
