We are PET FRIENDLY! We have standard park rules as stated below. All pets must be pre-approved by Lessor, no aggressive breeds (as determined by Lessor) shall be allowed in the Park, including without limitation, Pit-bull, Rottweiler and Dobermans, etc. Tenants with pets must keep them on a leash when outside. There are assigned areas for animals to be walked and they are permitted in no other area of the Park. Pet excrement must be removed promptly and properly disposed of by pet owner. There are fees in place for guests and residents who have more than 2 pets. Please walk pets on leash to the "DogPatch" to do their business and clean up after them.
