A fenced Dog Park is provided for you to exercise your pet. Please read and abide by the dog park rulesPets on a Leash
All pets (Dogs & Cats) must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES unless inside the dog park. Wildfire/farm animals are not considered pets and not allowed.ALCOHOL, SMOKING, DRUGS AND FIREARMS

RVs 12 years or older must be approved by Park management. Please text photos for approval. Exterior must be cleaned and it good shape.Self-Contained Units
All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept and in good condition. MUST BE KEPT WASHED! With no outside cludderSpeed Limit
A 10MPH speed limit is strictly enforced.Vehicles
Only 2 vehicles per site. 2 vehicles included on rate. Extra vehicles on visitor parking for no more then a week.Water hoses/sewer lines
All water hoses/sewer lines must be free from leaks; and sewer hoses must have a "do-nut" or threaded attachment into the sewer.Payments
Any monthly extended stay customer must pay rent on invoice date. Late fee will be attached after one week late. Any payment of over 3 weeks late MUST vacate the RV Park. Payment methods accepted are: Cash, Check or Cashiers check only. Monthly guest due every month on the same day as your date of arrival... example: if arrived on the 15th you monthly would always be due on the 15th of each month.NOT ALLOWED
No clotheslines; freezers/refrigerators; only outdoor furniture allowed. Outside of the camper must be clean and tidy with nothing stored in open site areas.When you leave after extended stay.
When leaving after monthly stay, you must leave your site clean. If site is left with trash or debree and requires extra cleaning for the park you will be charged $35.00 clean up fee.Grass
