Two house pets allowed less than 30lbs. Any breed or dog that has aggressive tendencies are prohibited. All pets must be on a leash, cleaned up after and kept quiet. If your pet becomes a nuisance you will be asked to remove it.Vehicle Policy

If the lot does not have space for two cars, accommodations can be made with the office for a space in the storage area, only for the second car/truck.
