Pet Policy

'Domestic' pets are permitted. Pet owners must complete a pet information form at the office. All pets MUST be leashed at all times. DO NOT leave pets unattended. Clean-up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. NO PETSON THE BEACH, in or on Rec Hall porch, or Playground. Pets causing a disturbance or being a nuisance can be removed from the park. NO MORE THAN 2 PETS PER SITE ALLOWED, with the exception of those that are grandfathered in due to special circumstances and/or short term stays for dog show groups. Up-to-date shot records MUST be on file at the office annually. Pets are not permitted in any building or in pool area.

Quiet Time

Resort Quiet Time is: 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. Sunday through Thursday; and 11 p.m. – 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday. NO running blowers, power washers, etc. before 9 a.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. on weekends and holidays.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES / DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Excessive drinking, profanity and/or disorderly conduct will not be permitted or tolerated in any building or public common area of the Park. All individuals must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages in or on any part of the park, no exceptions. Offenders will be asked to leave and will be issued a written warning. Upon second offense, the offender will be asked to leave the park for the remainder of the camping season, and allowance back in the park the following season will be at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of QCC (hereinafter referred to as "BOD"). In the event that any violator destroys park property, such person(s) will be assessed the cost of the repair or replacement of damaged items or property and not permitted re-entry to the park until paid in full and approval of BOD.

Cancellation Policy

For campsite reservations made up to 7 days prior or cabin reservations made up to 14 days prior to the first night of the intended stay, the deposit will be for the entire cost of the stay and will not be refundable. Canceling a nightly or weekly campsite reservation must be completed during our normal posted business hours no later than 30 days prior to the check-in date for a refund of the deposit less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to, but no later than 14 days prior to the check-in date for cabins and no later than 7 days prior to the intended check-in date for camp sites will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit. Cancellation of monthly (thirty days or more) campsite or cabin reservations received a minimum of 30 days prior to the intended check-in date, will result in a deposit refund, less a cancellation fee of $150.00. No refund will be issued for monthly reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the intended date of arrival. **We have a zero-cancellation policy for Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July week and Labor Day weekend. These reservations are 100% non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking if booked in the same calendar year. We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or other situations. Cancellations received outside of the indicated acceptable cancellation period must be enforced as we most likely had to turn other guests away seeking to reserve the same stay period.
