8. MANAGEMENT DISCRETION
● Any rules, regulations, or situations not explicitly mentioned in this document are subject to the sole discretion of Management. Management reserves the right to make final decisions on any matters regarding the safety, cleanliness, and operation of the park.5. VEHICLES
● Limit: Maximum of 2 vehicles per site. ● Parking: Park only in designated areas. Do not park on grass or empty sites. ● Repairs: No major vehicle repairs or maintenance permitted on property.7. GARBAGE
● Disposal: Household trash only. Place all trash in provided dumpsters. ● Burning: Absolutely NO burning of garbage.6. PET POLICY
● Leash Rule: Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the RV. ● Waste: You are required to clean up your pet’s waste immediately. ● Barking: Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and could result in eviction from the premises. ● Supervision: Pets may not be left unattended outside (tied to trees, fences, or cages). ● No aggressive breeds such as Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher2. OCCUPANCY
● Limits: Rates cover 2 people. $3.00/day applies for each extra person. Max 4 people per site. ● Registration: ALL guests must register with the front office.3. SITE APPEARANCE & MAINTENANCE
● Cleanliness: Your site must be kept clean and free of clutter. No indoor furniture, appliances, excessive storage containers, or trash bags are allowed outside the RV. ● Alterations: No construction of sheds, carports, decks (larger than 4'x4'), or permanent structures is allowed without prior Management approval. No underpinning or skirting without approval. ● Sewer: All sewer connections must be water and airtight (donut/screw-in connector) with proper slope.1. GENERAL CONDUCT & ENFORCEMENT
● Zero Tolerance: Lakeview RV maintains a strict standard of conduct. Violations of the rules listed below will not be tolerated and could result in immediate eviction from the premises. ● Speed Limit: A speed limit of 10 MPH is strictly enforced. ● Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. ● Behavior: Public drunkenness, rowdy behavior, profanity, or illegal activity is prohibited.4. RV CONDITION
● Age Limit: RVs older than 15 years must be approved by management prior to arrival. ● Condition: RVs must be clean and in good repair.LAKEVIEW RV RULES & REGULATIONS
