Rules & Regulations
* Any guest staying and leaving your RV, for the night or longer, you MUST unhook electricity and water( if water is available) if you do not, it will be unhooked by management. This is per insurance policy and there is no exceptions for your safety and ours
We are not responsible for damages or personal injury due to your neglect .
4. Any extra guests must be made aware to management.
1.Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
3. There is NO fishing in our pond. No firearms, no fire works. You will be charged for all damages you cause .
5. Do not share codes with anyone- direct them to management. There is a reason they don’t have the codes and our bath house is for our paid guest only. You will immediately be asked to leave if share codes.
Extra Vehicles Parking
Extra vehicles will need to park in the overflow parking area. There will be a fee for all extra vehiclesLaundry
We not have laundry facilities . Depending on availability, we may be able to do a load of laundry for you for an additional fee . Please ask front desk for details .Sewer dumping
If you choose a partial Rv hook up site , where there is no sewer , there is no dumping on the ground of any tanks / clean outs . Anyone not following this rule , will be subject to pay all hazmat fees and will be asked to leave with no refund . This is not only a Montana State law but a Federal LAW .Pet restrictions/ rules
Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets per site Leash required at all times Clean up after your pet Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.We are a short term rental accommodation. We are not full time residency
Children
Children under 18 can not be unattended on the property, this includes the bath house .Our bath house is for our dry cabins and dry camping . Please do not share codes with anyone . Our facilities are not open to the public and you will asked to leave for sharing any codes ..
Water shut off
Water spigots at Rv sites are shut off October 1st for winterization . Our bath house has water year around unless conditions make it impossible.Early Departures
