Guest Policy

Please call us when you are about 2 hours away to see if early check-in is available or if you know you will be late check-in so we can give you instructions on how to enter the RV Park or Vacation Rental.  Vacation Rental folks: Please let us know if you need linens and towels. TRASH:  Please keep your RV or Vacation Rentals site clean and orderly.  Do not leave anything outside except appropriate decorations, a tent for shade, chairs, a fire pit, a table, a small dog pen, and a rug (camping items).  We ask that you store your fishing items away at night. Your trash should be placed in the dumpster provided (near the RV Park) and not left outside.  Please do not feed the local animals by leaving your trash outside at night.   LAUNDRY/BATHHOUSE/OFFICE:  Our laundry room is in the Office building.  Available times are office hours or by appointment only. You will need quarters for both washers ($1.75) and dryers ($1.50).  Please leave the washer door open after each wash and clean the dryer.    After labor day, we offer a linen service ($20 per load to wash/dry/fold). Clotheslines are prohibited. If you need to use the restroom/laundry at night, please let us know so we can give you the code to the area and ensure someone else is not using the washer and dryer when you want to use them. FIRES:  Fire pits are allowed (weather permitting).  Please check with the Office for county rules and regulations.  Some of our lots have fire pits; you can check one out at the Office.  A $50 refundable deposit will be when the pit is returned clean and not broken.  Come to the Office if you would like to purchase firewood. ELECTRICITY:  If you are staying over 8 days, you will be responsible for the electricity which is metered at each site. So you can be on your way quickly, we will charge your card and send you a receipt for the electricity used.  We encourage you to take meter readings when you arrive and just before you leave for your records. I have read the Guidelines sent at the time of booking and will comply with the guidelines as posted on the property.  I authorize the use of my credit card for incidentals.   VEHICLES:  A maximum of (2 vehicles) or (1 RV/1 boat/1 vehicle) per site when occupied.  The extra parking area is available as needed for storage. Don't hesitate to get in touch with the Office for details. Please refrain from parking at neighboring RV sites. If your vehicle(s) are parked in an RV site or are blocking an RV site that is not yours, the vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense.  Boats and trailers are not to be left on your site if you leave for the weekend or come and go.  Please make arrangements to store your boat in our gated boat storage. Please respect your neighbors and park guests when parking and operating your vehicles. Golf carts are permitted only for licensed drivers with proof of insurance.  There is a coin-operated wash station between the marina ramp gates to wash cars and/or RVs. Now that we are not in a drought, you may wash your RV (To cover the cost of the water we are charging $20 plus a $20 deposit for a cone to place by your RV while you are washing it.  The deposit will be returned when the cone is back in the Office. ALCOHOL:  You must keep alcoholic beverages at your site only.  Any disorderly conduct is prohibited. One verbal warning will be issued. If the problem persists, law enforcement will be notified, and you will be requested to leave the premises with no refund.  SMOKING: All RV Park and Vacation Rental buildings are smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited in any bathhouse, laundry, Office, or game room.  Please keep our park and ICW clean. Please deposit your cigarette/cigar butts appropriately.    THE FINE PRINT: We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the RV park without a refund if others feel disturbed.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property.  SWIMMING:  It is prohibited.  Beaufort Waterway RV liability will not cover those who swim in the ICW. The Intracoastal Waterway has a powerful current, and boats going up and down will also make it dangerous.    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ RV FOLKS ONLY CHECK-IN: 11:00 AM / CHECK-OUT: 9:00 AM.   Early arrivals may be possible if you notify us ahead of time.  Please call if you desire to stay longer; it will be necessary to re-register by 10:00 AM at check-out if there are available sites. The campground is not zoned for tents, popups, or truck campers on RV sites. Site assignments are not guaranteed. RV renters who stay < 30 days electric is included.  RV renters who stay >30 days will have their meter read when they arrive and sent out by the 10th.  Electric is due by the 15th, and a $15 late fee will be applied.  There is a $50.00 late check-out fee, but you may stay until 4 PM unless someone has booked on your site. GUESTS: 2 adults per RV.  CHILDREN UNDER 6 STAY FREE.  There will be $5.00 for each additional guest/ with a maximum of 6 per site.  SPEED LIMIT: Our speed limit is five mph inside the park, and we ask that you especially watch for children and pets. PETS:  There is NO pet fee for up to 2 pets.  Please keep them on a 6 ft leash or less and away from other sites. Owners must accompany their pets when they are outside at all times. Owners of aggressive pets of any size can be asked to leave without a refund.  Maximum for 1-2 pets per site.  Always clean up after your pet; failure to do so will result in a $50 fee per dropping.  Whoever reports will receive ½ of the fee ($25) as a reward.  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ VACATION RENTALS ONLY CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM / CHECK-OUT: 9:00 AM  You may be able to check-in earlier. We will need more time to clean the rental to CDC standards meticulously.  CLEANING/LINENS: Please call ahead to find your earliest check-in time.  There is a $100 to $150 cleaning fee for Vacation Rentals, depending on the unit's number of bedrooms.   We price our rentals without linens and towels but will furnish them upon request for a fee.  We check the Vacation Rental to ensure no damages or missing items before you check out. If damages and missing items have been determined and documented, the replacement cost will be charged to your credit card on file. An email with reference documentation and a copy of your charges. Keys will need to be handed back to park management at this time before deposits are returned.  QUIET TIME: 10 PM – 8 AM – PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS. Fireworks are prohibited! SPEED LIMIT: Our speed is 35mph on Core Creek Road. The entrance road is 10 mph to the gate. The speed limit inside the park is 5 mph. We ask that you especially watch for children and pets. PETS: Vacation Rentals have a pet fee of $100 per pet and approval from the park owner. Please always keep them on a 6 ft leash or less and away from other sites. Owners must accompany their pets when they are outside at all times. Owners of aggressive pets of any size will be asked to leave without a refund.  Always clean up after your pet; failure to do so will result in a $50 fee per dropping.  Whoever reports will receive ½ of the fee ($25) as a reward.  Please take your pets when you leave the Vacation Rental or responsibly crate them.  Pet(s) must be up-to-date on their rabies, and Bordetella shots are up-to-date and use flea and tick treatment.

Minimum and Maximum Stays

Minimum stays are two nights and three nights during holidays. During the summer, our maximum stay is two weeks. Starting November 1st to March 31st, we allow long-term rentals. The age of the RV must be less than ten years, but we will make exceptions at the owner's discretion. We are a 50 + RV Park, which means at least one person in the RV must be over 50.

Cancellation Policy

If notice is given 30 days before arrival = 100% Refund If notice is given > 14 days before arrival= 50% Refund We will be glad to move your reservation to a later date if available and exchange it on or before seven days of your arrival date. There will be a $50 Admin fee. No refunds will be given after check-in.

Pets

The RV park and Vacation Rentals allow nonaggressive or nonexcessive barking pets. There is a fee of $100 per pet with a limit of 2 pets for those staying in the vacation rentals only. Please remember pets are to be leashed and picked up after.

Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check-in for RV folks is 11 am, and Check-out is 9 am. Check-in for Cabins is 4 pm, and Check-out is 9 am. Please stop by the office to check so we can give you a park map. Please stop by the office before 10 am if you come in after hours the night before.

Cleaning, Linens, Towels, and Damages

Cabin Renters pay a cleaning fee depending on how many bedrooms/renters there are. Linens and towels are not included in the cost. If you would like us to furnish linens and towels, see the fee list below. Cleaning fee: 1 bedroom $100 2 bedrooms $125 3 bedrooms $150 Linens and Towels: 1 bedroom $15 2 bedrooms $20 3 bedrooms $25 When you sign in your sign that you will take care of any incidentals that may occur.
