Wonderworks Syracuse

Visitors can explore six different zones at the park: Extreme Weather, Physical Challenge, Space Discovery, Light & Sound, Imagination Lab, and Wonder Art Gallery. The complex is also home to a 4D theater, laser tag arena, and the world’s largest suspended indoor ropes course, as well as a ropes course for smaller kids. The Canyon Climb requires a separate ticket, which can be bundled with the basic entrance fee. Annual passes are also available, offering unlimited access to all exhibits and activities.

• Certain rides have height and weight restrictions; closed-toe shoes are required for the ropes course.

• Some exhibits feature flashing lights and motion, which may not be suitable for those with heart problems, diabetes, vertigo, seizure, or other light or motion sensitivities.

WonderWorks Syracuse is set on the third floor of the Destiny USA Mall, which is north of downtown Syracuse, near the intersection of I-90 and I-81. Plenty of free parking is available on-site. You can also reach the mall by public Centro bus or taxi.

The park is open daily, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays, and limited hours on Sundays. It’s busiest on the weekends and over school breaks. Special rates are offered for snow days. Expect to spend about 3–4 hours at the site; same day re-entry is permitted.

Home to more than 250 retail, dining, and entertainment venues, the Destiny USA Mall is one of the largest in the area. Besides WonderWorks, other family-friendly entertainment options include a trampoline park, glow-in-the-dark mini golf, go-karts, an indoor RC off-road track, escape room, mirror maze, arcade and VR games, and an antique carousel.
