It’s the perfect way to cool off, unwind, and add a splash of fun to your Hawaiian getaway.

Driving
Take H-1 to exit 1E and turn right at the stoplight; enter the park to the right. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the park from the Honolulu Airport.
Public transportation
While TheBus reaches the area, public transit isn’t a convenient option; the ride from Honolulu takes 90 minutes or more and requires a transfer and a short walk.
Best times to visit
Arriving right when the park opens (10:30am) helps to beat crowds and long lines, while staying until closing lets you ride popular slides when lines thin.
Best days to visit
Weekdays are the top pick, especially Tuesday through Thursday, when visitor numbers tend to be lower, and the experience is more relaxed.
Best months to visit
Late spring (April–May) and early fall (September) offer warm weather and fewer island tourists.
Special events
The park hosts themed evenings such as Dive’n’Movie Nights, K-Pop days, and extended-hours events (for example, movie screenings in the wave pool), which can add extra fun—but also mean more guests, so plan accordingly.
