T-Mobile Arena
3780 S Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV, 89109
Las Vegas isn’t a city that’s short on entertainment options, but even with its abundance of venues, the T-Mobile Arena stands out. Located right on the Strip, this modern complex is home to the city’s first professional sports team, the Vegas Golden Knights, who play in the National Hockey League. It also hosts concerts, UFC matches, and other events year-round.
The basics
Las Vegas promises a larger-than-life experience for spectators, and that’s assured at the T-Mobile Arena, which opened in 2016 and is one of the newer indoor sports and entertainment complexes in Sin City. The venue is a destination for its hockey games, as well as combat sports, though it’s also hosted performances from global superstars such as Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez, Usher, and Blink-182.
Thanks to its location smack-dab between Park MGM and New York–New York on the Strip, the T-Mobile Arena is readily accessible for visitors looking to catch a game or see a concert, and it’s busy throughout the year. It can also be seen on various Las Vegas tours, including hop-on, hop-off bus tours.
Things to know before you go
Tickets for events at the T-Mobile Arena can be purchased online through event partner AXS and at the on-site box office, open on event days.
Accessible seating is available throughout the arena.
Large bags and backpacks, laptops, recording devices, outside food and drink, and cameras with detachable lenses are all prohibited.
There are a number of dining options in the complex.
For a premium experience, head to the arena’s Hyde Lounge, which offers a sophisticated nightclub feel.
How to get there
The T-Mobile Arena is located at 3780 South Las Vegas Boulevard—aka the Strip. Given its proximity to many other casinos and top Vegas attractions, the arena is easy to reach on foot or by local taxi and rideshare services. It can also be reached by the Deuce, an affordable bus transit service.
When to get there
Hours for the T-Mobile Arena vary, but generally, doors open 1 hour before an event begins; check your individual ticket for details. The on-site box office opens from noon until the event starts on days when games and performances are held.
Las Vegas entertainment venues
The T-Mobile Arena is one of several major sports and performance venues in Las Vegas. The Allegiant Stadium, which opened in 2020, is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders National Football Team, while the MGM Grand Arena is a popular venue for concerts and fights. Meanwhile, the Sphere, the most distinctive venue of its kind, hosts cinematic spectacles in its spherical space.
