Kings Island

Kings Island is divided into seven themed areas. If you prefer adventure, head to the Beast and Banshee roller coasters, of opt for the award-winning Planet Snoopy area if you have younger kids in tow. Take in a range of live shows and entertainment, spanning song-and-dance revues and acrobatic performances. Admission to King Island also includes entrance to Soak City Water Park (open seasonally).

Choose between 1-day, 2-day, or night tickets. Upgrade to a Fast Lane pass to skip the line for some rides, or an All Inclusive pass that covers parking, food, and souvenirs. If you plan to visit Cedar Point in the same season, save with a combo ticket that includes one day at each park.

• There are minimum height requirements for certain attractions.

• Sling Shot and Xtreme Flyer require additional charges.

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted; there are multiple food options inside the park.

• The park is wheelchair accessible, though not all attractions are suitable for wheelchair users.

Kings Island is located in Mason, about 24 miles (39 kilometers) northeast of Cincinnati. Take I-71N (exit 24), I-71S (exit 25), or I-71 (exit 29). Paid parking, including preferred parking, is available on-site.

Kings Island is open from May through October, and again for Winterfest in the Christmas holiday season. Soak City is open on select days from late May until early September. Weekends and holidays are busiest. Visit during the week for shorter waits.

Spanning 33 acres (13 hectares), Soak City Water Park features more than 50 water activities and attractions, such as water slides, wave pools, rushing rivers, lagoons, and kids play areas.
