Honda Center

The basics

A stone’s throw from Angel Stadium (home to MLB’s Los Angeles Angels), the Honda Center is one of Southern California’s many fantastic arenas. Between those two juggernauts, this is quite the events district, especially considering the Honda Center’s year-round schedule.

The thing to do here is attend an Anaheim Ducks game—this is about as far south as hockey gets. If you’re not here during hockey season (October through April), look for big-name performers, comedians, circus acts, music tributes, and more.

• All bags, including clear bags, are subject to manual inspection.
• No food or drink is allowed inside the Honda Center.
• Bring your credit or debit card as cash is not accepted.

How to get there

If you have a vehicle, on-site parking is limited and sells out regularly; the center encourages visitors to pre-book at various local lots via the ParkMobile app. Otherwise, some free parking can be found along Main Street, about a 15-minute walk away, but be aware that it’s limited. It’s smarter to walk, take a taxi, or nab a rideshare.

When to get there

Every event at the Honda Center attracts thousands, so come early. For Ducks games, it’s advised to arrive at least 60 minutes in advance of the game’s scheduled start. That should be enough time to sort parking, find your seats, grab food at the concession stands, and be seated for face-off.

Hang out at Honda

The Honda Center is the centerpiece of Anaheim’s newest entertainment district. What was once a series of stadiums and highways is officially visitor-friendly, featuring brand-new public plazas and green spaces, restaurants, hotels, and elevated walkways.
