Flyover in Las Vegas
3771 Las Vegas Blvd S SUITE #150, Las Vegas, NV, 89109
Flyover in Las Vegas is an immersive flight simulation experience that lets visitors "fly" over iconic destinations like the Grand Canyon. Using cutting-edge technology, the ride features motion seating, plus wind, mist, and scent effects to create a realistic sensation of flight without leaving the ground. End your adventure with a drink at the bar on-site, The Lost Cactus.
The basics
Take an exhilarating virtual flight over global landscapes, such as the Grand Canyon, the Canadian Rockies, and Iceland’s volcanoes. You can choose from various scenic flights and experience panoramic views without leaving Sin City—opt for a single ride or any two adventures for a discounted price. Or add onto your Flyover adventure with a trip to other attractions like The Mob Museum and Illuminarium with a combination ticket.
Things to know before you go
You must be at least 40 inches (102 centimeters) tall to participate.
Some guests, including those who have a fear of heights or conditions aggravated by visual stimuli, get motion sickness, or are pregnant, should not take part in the ride.
Wheelchair users need to be able to transfer to a ride seat in order to take part.
How to get there
Across from Park MGM, next to the Hard Rock Cafe, Flyover in Las Vegas is within walking distance of many hotels and attractions. Rideshare services as well as local taxis are also readily available. If you’re driving, you’ll find parking in several nearby garages, which are a short walk from Flyover.
When to get there
Try to visit Flyover on a weekday, particularly in the morning or early afternoon, when crowds are generally lighter. If you’re planning to visit during one of the peak tourist seasons (spring or fall), consider booking tickets in advance to secure your spot; weekends and holidays also tend to be busier.
How to see the Grand Canyon
Visiting the Grand Canyon is a popular day-trip option for those staying in Las Vegas. You can take a guided bus tour out to the natural attraction, climb inside a helicopter for a bird’s-eye view, or do some off-roading on a Jeep excursion. Depending on your interests and how much time you have, you’ll easily be able to find an adventure that works for you.
