Our open-air vintage golf carts are not equipped with approved child restraint systems and are not designed to safely accommodate infants or young children. Due to these safety limitations, children under the age of 5 are not permitted under any circumstances, including situations where a car seat or booster seat is provided. This policy is strictly enforced for the safety of your family, our drivers, and all other guests. Guests who arrive with children under the minimum age will not be permitted to participate, and no refunds, rescheduling, or credits will be issued. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Assumption of Risk & Compliance: Participation in this open-air vehicle tour involves inherent risks (e.g., sudden stops, turns, traffic, weather). By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks for yourself and any minor in your party who meets the age requirement. You certify that all participants meet the minimum age requirement; failure to comply will result in denial of service without refund, rescheduling, or credit.
- Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless the company, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims or damages arising from participation, including failure to follow policies. Age Requirement: All participants must be at least 5 years old—children under 5 are strictly prohibited and will NOT be allowed under any circumstances.
