During his first few years in business, Walt Babcock used his own boat to bring in the catch for this local favorite, which he opened in 1970. Only the freshest fish and locally sourced vegetables are served. You'll find a wonderful selection of starters featuring oysters, clams and mussels. The entree menu is bursting with premium seafood, meat and chicken dishes, such as the bourbon glazed pork chop with pineapple salsa and oak-grilled Idaho trout almondine. Wines from the Babcock family's own vineyard pair wonderfully with any meal.
