I booked on the AAA site. This was for our 30th anniversary. The hotel and room were nice but the view was not. I think because it was a AAA booking, I wasn't given the view as the booking details stated. All else was really good. Our view was the roof of one of the other buildings.
Everything was nice Quick food service should be open later. Having to do laundry in the other hotel (Dolphin) was the biggest downside.

The hotel was good but checkout was not. We had to leave at 4:30am. We went to the desk to checkout. I wanted a printed receipt of our stay. There was no one at the desk. We waited as long as we could and when no one came to the desk we did self-checkout. When we arrived home I had an email receipt from the hotel. There were mistakes and I had questions. My address was incorrect, it looked like I used Expedia, which I didn’t and there was a charge I didn’t recognize. It’s been three days since I sent my email to accounting. Still waiting to hear from them.
