I saw on Google the hotel was listed as 3 stars. I'm not sure if the rater was having a bad day or it was an old rating, but I rate the hotel as first class (5 star). Beautiful clean room, outstanding service, excellent amenities, and the valet parking was a great benefit (Richmond is the hardest city to park in that we've ever visited). We'll definitely stay there again in Richmond.
