My stay was good, staff was friendly, food/drinks were good, my room was decent. Only issue is there is a long wait for elevators and it became very frustrating.
Room was small no chairs but clean. Staff was polite very helpful

Great boutique hotel in the heart of NYC. Located near subway stations that serve different lines, Times Square, theaters, Macy's, Madison Square Garden, etc. The second floor bar and lounging area was nice to have before and after going out. Having a live DJ in the evenings made the mood especially fun.

Overall, the hotel was a very good place to stay. The rooms are much smaller than expected and I was informed upon check-in that I would be responsible for a $30 per day fee which I could put towards purchases which I was not aware of when booking. The staff were fantastic. They did a great job of taking care of the guests.
