I asked for a suite with a sofa in a seating area and was told I would have that. When I arrived I was told they did not have that type suite and that they did not believe I had been promised that. We were required to rent another room at additional expense and then they tried to say we only requested that room for one night. This is enough to turn me against La Quinta. And then there was the incident of a couple copulating in hall near ice machine. This management team is just not taking their job seriously.
Had problems with key cards not working. Front desk were above average with pleasant demeanor and helpful. Parking area is tight with limited parking. Breakfast menu was similar to other motels we have stayed at this year. Location was hard to get in and out of traffic wise. During rush hours and busy shopping traffic the facility had its drawbacks compared to an out of the way facility. Price was also competitive with other motels. Size of soap at sink and shower were ridiculously small.
