This motel has bed bugs - and the management doesn't care!

Gave us a room already occupied. Next room had a single bed. Third was ok but they acted like it was my fault I booked a room with 2 queens
This was a very quiet location even though it is close to a major freeway. There is a Baymont right next to it which shields the noise from the freeway. They have a joint parking lot. I can't find anything to complain about other than it doesn't look like I credited with my points.

Dirty rooms, tiny lumpy pillow, hair in the shower, scum in the bath tub, pool was freezing and poor breakfast choice. Didn’t feel safe walking to car at night.
