Hotel staff were amazing when our reservation was missing from the system. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is that some of the fixtures in the room (lampshades)ere showing wear and some of the light switches didn’t do anything. Otherwise it was a phenomenal place to stay. We loved the pool and hot tub.
