Room had dirty carpet stains, broken table, rusted shelf in shower, broken ice machine for 5 days. Room needed updating!

Staff are excellent! And you cant resist the cookies. Overall the experience wasn't bad at all. My room was stocked well and housekeeping be around hitting the rooms good. Funny thing was the bathroom door was centimeters from the toilet lol. The only few things I noted that weren't too good was the a/c was barely working, there were stains on the carpet by the window, and parking is bad when you come in at night. But thats just MY room. So other rooms may be perfect.

They changed my room they said since I booked through AAA and not their website directly other guests has priority over me and pretty much gave me a run down room.
