Beautiful rooms with smart room technology. Well-equipped fitness center. Would have liked the pool to stay open later than 7:00. Skip Posh Burger…way overpriced for the quality.
Long time ago I stayed here, but now I won’t returned. The room looked dirty everywhere was dusty. I didn’t feel like a clean bed, never felt like this especially with a high end resort. I was told it was a new remold room at 15th floor so I end up with an upgrade cost. I don’t mind paying but for the price very disappointed. Wonder if it had bedbugs!
Hotel room was clean, which is my biggest thing. The bed was especially nice. The room had large windows and a nice view. I could not figure out how to work the lights and curtains, etc. I would press the buttons, and sometimes they’d work, sometimes not. And occasionally came to life when I wasn’t pressing anything. I tried the wall buttons and the tablet. Didn’t have success with either.
The hotel itself was just okay. Not too many tables and a lot of slot machines. I'm only giving 3 stars because of two things: (1) the shower had great water pressure, however, there was no dial to turn it down. Even if we turned the showerhead all the way to the opposite side of the door, a ton of water still splashes/leaks out. The shower mat they provide is useless (2) the "Privacy" button/light for our room doesn't work. Initially, I asked the housekeeping dept and front desk to fix the issue. NOTHING was done and when I was showering, housekeeping walked in on me. Asked the concierge to fix it and concierge was able to get someone upstairs within a couple hours. However, even after the fix, the button/light still didn't work!! We got walked in on AGAIN!! Worst of all, they didn't apologize for what happened.
