Nice place to stay. Definitely resort attitude from the staff and that I had used a third party to make reservations. I tried multiple times to call to make reservations and waited on terminal hold There was a chill in the conversation with the check in staff because I had made reservations through a 3rd party. I explained I had no choice because the phones were never answered. I went to Triple A travel who in turn booked through Expedia. The front desk didn’t believe me until I produced paperwork to prove the reservation.
