The management / owner of Gem City RV Resort LLC will not be held responsible for personal property damage, theft or your personal safety.Access
Absolutely no one is allowed on the Private Property Residence past the shop and chicken coop. Please make sure that your guests abide by the rules. This includes the pasture area. Be aware that the farm animal pasture has electrically charged fencing. Gem City RV Resort, LLC and Management is not responsible for any injury to guest or children incurred from trespassing on this private property.Pets
PET RULES: ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED. Pets must be on a leash any time outside of your RV. Please do not allow your pet to go on our trees or shrubs and pick up all pet waste and litter. Please never leave your pet tied outside your RV in your absence. Your pets are your responsibililty. Pets are not allowed in any buildings. Do not leave barking dogs unattended in your camper.Garbage
UNTIL official opening in May 2023, garbage is solely your responsibility. There is a transfer station located approximately 1 mile west on Old Murphy Rd. There are no fees.Fireworks and firearms
Fireworks and firearms are prohibited.Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for the safety and actions of their children, grandchildren, Gem City RV Resort and Management assumes NO responsibility for any injury to guests or unsupervised children on property.Bathhouse and laundry
Bathhouse and laundry are not open until summer of 2024.Right to Refuse
Gem City RV Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.Car and RV washing
Car and RV washing is not allowed in the resort.Site Appearance
Campers agree to keep their site clean, neat and in orderly fashion at all times. No storage under RV.Camper Age
Campers 10 years of age and older must be approved by Gem City RV Resort.Smoking
Smoking is only allowed at your site. Please pick up your cigarette butts.Drones
NO drones are allowed on property.Quiet Time
Quiet time is between 10:00pm and 8:00am.Speed Limit
Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park.Check in
Check in time is 1:00pm.Checkout
Checkout time is by 11:00am.Parking
