I was disappointed with the incidental fee being changed twice for the same room. I was also surprised that the incidental fees took over 1 week to be refunded even though there weren’t any incidental charges I could’ve incurred.
I was able to check in early. Great, customer service. The place was clean and comfortable. Close to a lot of places to eat and the area was great.
The room could have used more lighting. It was rather dim., even the bathroom. The ppl upstairs were very noisy. I suspect thwy had a couple kids running around. There was a lot of freeway noise also. I was use to that but my roommate was not so she used earplugs
Very clean and spacious room, good size closet along with mini fridge and microwave inside room.
