I would give it five stars, but the website said that the breakfast buffet was open until 1130 and they actually closed over an hour before that. So we were unable to get that breakfast buffet.
Yes, the unwillingness or inability of management to let me turn up the heat in our room, which even with the thermostat saying 71, was very cold made our stay miserable.
We expected more from a Marriott. The 2 queen beds were small...like doubles. There was no complimentary breakfast. The toilet needed to be fixed. The in-room refrigerator was not cold enough to keep milk/cheese/sandwich meat safe.
