CONCESSIONS Students/Youth Holders of an International Student Identity Card (ISIC) are eligible for concessions on travel, museum entrance fees etc. There is no YMCA but there is a women-only hostel, XEN (YWCA) at Amerikis 11. Try also the Athens Connection hostel at Ioulianou 20 (Phone: 822-4592). Senior Citizens Most museums and archaeological sites have reduced rates for elderly visitors. There are few other concessions, but senior citizens can take advantage of off-season rates. Concessions are available on travel and entrance fees. Always carry your passport for proof of age. |
