Very nice and clean hotel near the airport with a 24 hour pickup van. Since we didn't get in until after 11 pm it was nice to have a van pick us up as we were tired from traveling all day. The hotel staff was friendly and nice.

I stayed with them 2 different nights. The first night I arrived at BWI at 1am, I was told I could call for a pick up at the airport to the hotel. The number I called rang 10 to 12 times then it hung up. All I could do was hire a taxi for $20 to get to the hotel. They would not reimburse me. The second stay with them I had a 6am flight out of BWI with the shuttle leaving at 4am. Needless to say I when to bed early. Around 10:30pm I was awoken by a tap, tap, tapping that continued to get louder and louder. When I decided this would not do for the rest of the night I determined to call the front desk. I couldn't find a phone in the room , I couldn't find a number to call the front desk. I did have a number with my reservation info. I called, went through the menu, pressed the front desk which rang for nearly 5 minutes before anyone answered! The noise did stop but by that time I was wide awake! Not the best experience on either end of my trip.
