These attractive, spacious rooms offer comfortable chaise lounges and a large desk. The heated outdoor pool is open most of the year. For access to downtown, the SkyTrain station is a short walk. It is also attached to a small mall with some quirky shopping, dining outlets and a small grocery shop. For the serious shoppers, a major mall is just one block away. Smoke free premises. 283 units. 18 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Overall it was very nice. Our room was quiet (not at first, but the construction sound ended soon enough.) We upgraded to a more spacious room, which was great. The room was a tad dusty. Also, when we were gone for the whole day, no one came to clean up/bring fresh towels (we requested them later, and they were brought up quickly). We did not put a sign on our door for privacy. A light wasn't working and I had asked to have someone come and fix it. I suspect the cleaning crew thought it was being cleaned when the light was getting repaired. I did complain to the front desk, and they comped up breakfast (buffet) the next morning. When I upgraded, I wasn't sure what I was getting, besides a larger room. When we went to breakfast, the hostess said we did not get a free breakfast with our room. I NEVER would have known that was an option had she not stated it. I then felt that perhaps with the upgrade I should have been given breakfast. Note to hostess: don't spread negative information, just the positive. We had just concluded a luxurious cruise, so this was a bit of a letdown, but nothing bad. I was disappointed to see the hallway had a food spill of some kind that hadn't been attended to. The hallway was FREEZING, as well. The view was not great...cranes and a rooftop.
