I don’t understand this hotel. It does not have a Wyndham standard. No one would pick up the phone in the evening when I called prior to check-in. Paper signs of their “rules” in the lobby. And it’s a grand lobby! But it’s empty! No staff or managements monitoring any activity. So dead in July. Could not tell who’s the staff. No one has pin name tags and no one’s dressed professionally! On top of that, they need to blast loud music in the evening by the pool; so if you have a pool view it’s all you hear till 9pm. For a newer and grand hotel, it’s poorly, poorly managed!!
