The staff at check in were pleasant but very slow, checkout the young man at the desk was uncaring and dismissive when I addressed multiple issues. I had 2 rooms for and overnight stay, our room the tv and the fridge didn’t work, out friends room had no toilet paper or tissues , which thankfully we had enough to share since no one was at the desk. The room was clean and the breakfast was ok. The hotel was ok for one night after a concert, would not stay there again though.
Bathroom wasn’t clean. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the beds weren’t comfortable at all.

The hotel was great as expected. The accomadations were clean and eazy to wifi made the stay easier for my son
