The hotel was perfectly located near the Presidio, which was my main tourist destination (the Walt Disney Family Museum along with LucasFilm). It was also very convenient to the Palace of Fine Arts and the bus stop for the Big Bus Tour hop on/hop off tour. I found the complimentary continental breakfast to be very helpful. My room (#101) was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, especially Raymond, the manager. He ensured that as a first time visitor to San Francisco that I was well informed as to how to accomplish my goals for the weekend. He was very friendly, engaging, and attuned to my needs. I The hotel was a good value and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.
