We were disappointed to find that our room was on the 2nd floor and down a long hallway. I am 78 and my wife is 65. This was a difficult process carrying our bags. When we asked for a more convenient room, we were told that because we had booked through a 3rd party there was nothing they could do. We won't be booking through AAA again.
