Customer service was great Parking was good Hotel really clean The fact the had a dog area was a plus for us As well as the rooftop view of the city was beautiful Everything was great except for the breakfast which kind of ruin the stay at the end we paid so much for 1 night that you would think they would really take care of you but that wasn't the case
