The room size was very disappointing. The girl at the front desk was not courteous nor friendly at any time. Tony the bartender was awesome and recommended several local restaurants.
Check-in staff were very welcoming and courteous. The upper floor room with a cityscape view with the Powell street cable cars was great. Being on the cable car route made it super convenient to go to Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square, Chinatown and even Trader Joe's on the corner of California and Hyde. A big shout out to Daniel/Amando/Bobby for a flawless arrival and check-in experience. Also, Herman for his friendliness in running requested items to our room.TV. Will stay again.
