Sleep Inn Near Washington State Lin

There is no elevator to the 2nd floor. The staff all said they were new so could not recommend any restaurants. There was no bathtub in our room which didn't matter to us. The room was very clean, the mattress was great! The amenities in the room were great! The breakfast was very nice. Would stay there again.

Plusses: location is convenient in terms of highway access and location between Spokane and Post Falls. Pleasant staff. Adequate complimentary breakfast, better than expected. Clean bathroom in good repair with ample newer towels. Very clean bed linens and the beds were reasonably comfortable given this class of hotel. Negatives: dirty and old carpeting, stained fabric on the lobby furniture making it undesirable to sit on, no elevator (indoor staircase only between floors) and the oldest, most decrepit chair I've ever seen in a hotel room; it was also too low for the height of the desk. There is also an indoor pool...not sure if others find that a plus, I find it a minus due to wet swimmers adding dampness to the old carpeting. We stayed here for a few days while looking at housing from Spokane Valley through Coeur d'Alene because it was conveniently located and less expensive than most other options. I can remember when a hotel like this would have been $69/night, not $210. I will choose differently next time.
