The desk staff were so nice and helpful, but couldn’t explain why I had a different rate each night for my two night stay, and also couldn’t explain why there was a $1 fee for having a safe in the room. I didn’t use it and didn’t request it, but apparently they charge each room the fee regardless. A very small matter,, but annoying - as the different room rates were. It was a $30 difference for a Thursday night vs a Wednesday, for no apparent reason other than they could. But - the employees were great and the hotel was clean.
