I had a lot of issues with this hotel. First, my reservation for two nights was cancelled even though I never cancelled it and the hotel never sent me anything to confirm this but later found out when I was called in the morning saying I needed to check out even though I had booked for two nights and paid. The morning staff was very helpful and helped me rebook the room, and apologized for what happened. At night around 11 PM, the staff tried giving my room to someone else even though I had rebooked the room in the morning and paid but the staff continued to say "You were supposed to check out" even as I said I paid this morning for the same room. The staff at night was not very nice but the one in the morning was and worked with me. It looks as though the hotel is under some renovation but their outside doors weren't even locked, anyone could enter the hotel at any time. It was a very frustrating experience and I do not recommend staying here.
