I stayed here because it was reasonably priced considering its proximity to the airport. Access from light rail was OK. 12 minutes walk. But when I arrived I was informed that the “free” shuttle didn’t start until 5. My flight was at 6. It is not a safe area to walk in at 4 AM. The clerk advised getting an Uber. It cost me $20 for literally a two minute ride. This fact should have been advertised. You get what you pay for. Best I can say is clean and less expensive than the alternatives. But I can’t rate it higher because of the lack of shuttle
smelled funny when we walked in, felt outdated,there airport shuttle did not run 24 hours a day we had an early flight they said we should get an uber
room smelled of mildew when we arrived and there was a bug on the floor. Molding over each bed had sharp edges and my sister gouged her back. Called the front desk to report it and they said she had to speak to the manager who was not there. Before leaving the next day addressed it again with the front desk who said she can't do anything about it and need to speak to manager who was supposed to call and still haven't heard from them. Terrible customer service. Also, hotel charged $2 for having a safe in the room which we didn't even use. I know it's nominal but just a bs fee
