Old, needs updated (but clean). First night, desk staff was very politte and accomodating. The next night that we stayed, the desk staff was not friendly (rude). She seemed to be the only one working, so was doing everything, so that could be why she was rude. However, our relatives who had checked in earlier in the day said the same thing. The shuttle driver was not friendly either. Next time (and there will be a next time to Seattle), I'll spend a little more to stay somewhere else.
