I reserved AND PAID FOR a king bed and included notification that I would be a LATE ARRIVAL. They had no king beds, no double queen beds and NO PARKING AVAILABLE,! Had to have a security officer show me the ground floor room and stay outside when I was forced to park at the nearby bowling alley! The room was awful and I have pictures to share if you would like them.

Old large hotel/motel, a bit tired. But quiet room, helpful staff, generous breakfast, assistance with map of Boston and use of the MTA and hourly free ride to nearest station. Conscientious airport shuttle driver - worried about leaving someone waiting - I arrived on a rainy late evening. Reasonable airport shuttle cost ($10) just added to hotel bill.

For close to $200, this was not worth it. The location was creepy, the room was dirty, and though the staff was helpful, they did not communicate when I requested a late checkout (an extra 30 mins) — my door was knocked on 4 times asking when I was leaving. There were stains on the walls, the floor was not vacuumed (glitter and jewels on the floor…), and there were stains/gunk on the towels that did not look or smell washed. Spend the extra money and research the location before choosing a hotel in Boston. I also suggest using local transportation/Lyft— driving in Boston without knowing the roads is crazy.

They were under construction right outside our door. We told them there was no lightbulb in the lamp in our room and no trash can anywhere and nothing ever got replaced. The make employees was helpful - the woman could not get off her cell phone!

Would give it no stars if that was an option. Waited for hours for pickup at airport by shuttle. Took a taxi with the hopes of being reimbursed but since I booked through 3rd party was told that wasn't possible. Took the shuttle back to the airport (which I never saw at the airport while I was waiting) and was charged. Property is tired. Interior hallways smell of urine. Front desk/entry is the only thing nice in this hotel.
