Staff was very nice and helpful! The room was clean and well stocked with the normal amenities. Unfortunately, while the entire hotel was smoke free, the moment I walked in, it was very obvious that someone was smoking with in their rooms and had been probably for a while. Thankfully I'm not allergic and got used to it, but just wanted to mention it.
