The Front Desk Staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is super worn out and it definitely wasn’t very clean. Questionable stains (splatters?) around the bathroom. Carpeting felt disgusting (when realized, we wore our shoes). Although it is a non-smoking hotel, chances are that the carpet has never been replaced (or cleaned?). The air conditioner was super loud and smelled…stale. The towels and sheets were clean. I have asthma and allergies. I felt awful after trying to sleep at this hotel just one night. Overpriced for what it is. This Quality Inn desperately needs to close down to allow for a complete renovation.

This hotel has a convenient location and you can tell the staff is really working hard. Unfortunately they don't have much to work with. This place is in desperate need of a face lift. While our room was clean, there were many areas that were in need of repair. The bathroom had holes in the walls, water marks on the ceiling and caulk that was peeling. The fan sounded like it was going give out any minute. The carpet was stained. The desk chair had holes in it. The double paned windows were filthy and had some mold growing in between the panes. The walls are thin so you can hear every time someone goes in or out of their room. It was particularly problematic when guests are coming and going at 1am. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.
