Hotel Room was Clean and Decent, my problem is they double charged me for the room not once, but twice. They tried to charge me twice the night we checked in, and then again 4 days later and when confronted both times, they claim on there end it only shows one charge. Also since it's located in a "Blue" County in VA, they allow homeless people to stay in the hotel for extended stays. I have no problem with getting people off the streets, but some of them were a little shady and they sit at the front door chain smoking and they also took over the breakfast room so that was out of the question. If I was by myself I would not care, but the looks they gave my wife and the fact tat one guy was constantly following her around had me ready to do what was needed to protect her and my 3 yr old son. Do to this, we were pretty much forced to leave asap due to safety reasons. I highly recommend going elsewhere
