Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Dealing with a packed night of airport travelers who were upset that the shuttle was booked all morning, the both Front desk reps kept their cool and presented some of the best customer service skills I’ve seen. Earlier in the day, the one said to the other. We’re gonna get hammered tonight, it’s heating up. Then 3 hrs later after we returned from dinner they held it down and worked together to clear each guest also while accommodating everyone.
